Dosing
If you are pregnant or nursing do not take AcneScript™ or any AcneScript™ Boosters.
To achieve maximum results as quickly as possible we recommend that all AcneScript users initially take 2 pills twice a day for at least 15 days. Ideally the doses should be taken about 12 hours apart. Once your skin stabilizes you may then try backing down to 2 pills once a day. Each bottle of AcneScript™ contains 60 pills.
AcneScript™ Boosters are available individually below. Because they are sold in 30-pill bottles you can see which booster will help you most with your acne ... or layer them for even greater efficacy. Separate AM/PM boosters provide layers of ingredients with distinct antimicrobial, antiseptic & anti-inflammatory actions. Unlike antibiotics it is impossible to develop a resistance to AcneScript™ boosters.

AcneScript™
AcneScript™ is available in one formulation now. The ingredients have been slightly changed in order to make it yet more effective. Where previously we had employed organic turmeric we now employ our Pure Curcumin directly in the AcneScript™ capsules themselves. We have additionally added Green Tea Extract. The new formulation is closer to our previous Oily Skin variant in terms of reducing oil production.

AcneScript™ Boosters
Most people do not need additional boosters. If you find that you do you may purchase ours knowing that they are the strongest available.
AcneScript™ Pure Curcumin is highly antiseptic and extremely anti-inflammatory. One or two pills daily.
AcneScript™ Pure Guggul is both highly anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. The volatile oils, resin and gum of this ingredient work well in layering against any acne - and are particularly suited against cystic acne. Guggul should be taken twice a day. One pill taken twice a day; 2 pills twice a day initially for extremely cystic acne. Pure Guggul should be taken twice daily to be effective. Women on birth control should be cautious in or avoid taking guggul as it may change your bodies estrogen levels - altering the effectiveness of your birth control. You should not take guggul if you have a hormone sensitive condition such as breast cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer; endometriosis; uterine fibroids; or are on thyroid therapy. AcneScript™ Essential Oils is a proprietary blend of oils designed to work with AcneScript™. It's primary use is if you have been on an extensive course of antibiotics - which will have put you at risk for thrush (candidiasis or yeast infection) - for which it should be taken two or three times a day for several days. Antiseptic & moderately anti-inflammatory. After taking this one NEEDS to take a quality probiotic (such as AcneScript™ Probiotic 8/14). AcneScript™ Essential Oils will kill all bacteria in the gut - both the good & those that cause thrush. Taking a quality probiotic is a requirement in re-establishing correct gut flora. AcneScript™ Probiotic 8/14 is a blend of 8 types of healthy bacteria for your gut - helping your digestion, inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria whilst supporting general immune system function and intestinal balance. 2 pills taken once a day provide 14 billion CFU's. No refrigeration necessary. The blend consists of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium longum. AcneScript™ Pure GLA (gamma linolenic acid) is an essential fatty acid that must be acquired from food or supplements (the body does not assimilate it on it's own). AcneScript™ GLA is cold-pressed from organic seeds and is highly anti-inflammatory. A deficiency in GLA is common to many with acne. Those with oily skin should use GLA before taking additional B5. Be aware that it can take a month or more of use before a noticeable change will be seen. 3-5 pills twice a day for a week then 1-2 pills twice a day thereafter. AcneScript™ Pure B5 (500mg) is used to further reduce the bodie's production of sebum oil. Most AcneScript™ users will not need this. Do not take more than 1000mg per day in addition to AcneScript™ Oily Skin (providing a total of 2 grams of B5). One pill once or twice a day. Do not megadose (your hair will fall out). |
